Qualifications

• 2-5 years in an Apps Development role.
• Demonstrated execution capabilities.
• Java, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data driven and results-oriented.
• Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services.
• Experience in affecting large culture change.
• Experience leading infrastructure programs.
• Skilled at working with third party service providers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms (e.g. web/Angular, Java services).
• Address a variety of responses to problems by applying established criteria to influence development outcomes.
• Responsible for development, design, construction, testing and implementation of applications systems and programs.
• Write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code with autonomy.
• Engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, and Non-Mainframe applications to meet business needs.
• Learn functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of systems involved in projects.
• Drive system build and performance discussions and represent team’s systems to others.
• Build and maintain integrated project development schedules and negotiate features and priorities.
• Improve team processes to accelerate delivery and measure productivity.
