Job summary

Iowa Department of Management (DOM) seeks a senior-level ITS5 to lead a portfolio of digital services that serve agencies and the public. You will manage projects, grants, budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, while coordinating planning through execution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires advanced agile experience, strong stakeholder communication, and leadership to drive user-friendly digital tools and analytics services across statewide programs.

Qualifications

• Three or more years managing IT portfolios or major digital service products.
• Knowledge of information and communication technologies and public administration.
• Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide digital tools initiatives used by agencies and citizens.
• Manage grants, budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Provide leadership and foster collaboration across teams.
