What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a customer pipeline by acquiring new foundational customers and nurturing existing ones
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery for foundational customers in North America
- Assess and close new leads, establishing pricing agreements and updating internal systems
- Educate customers on digital channels and act as a Digital Ambassador for the employer's online platforms
- Monitor sales forecasts and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in CRM, DSR, SmartPrice, and Microsoft Office
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach
