EY is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Risk in the Northeast US to lead risk, compliance, and control transformation across automated ecosystems. You will partner with CFOs and CTOs to embed scalable, audit-ready frameworks into complex environments, enabling secure scale and regulatory compliance.

You will drive delivery of Digital Risk engagements, lead teams, and shape risk strategies across cloud platforms and AI-enabled development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Digital Risk or IT risk within the TMT sector.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, DevOps/CI-CD, SDLC/PDLC, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and assessing ITGCs and automated controls in modern environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into engineering-aligned controls.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and work extended hours; valid passport required.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of Digital Risk engagements across cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and AI-enabled development environments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering executive presentations and recommendations.
• Drive business development, engagement performance, and team leadership including budgeting and staffing.
• Provide technical leadership guiding teams on cloud, platform, and engineering risk considerations.
• Design and evaluate controls across DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC/PDLC processes, and distributed platforms.
