Job summary

EY’s Digital Risk practice seeks a Manager to help design and implement scalable risk and compliance frameworks across cloud-native, AI-enabled environments in the Northeast region.

You will partner with finance, technology, and engineering teams to deliver SOX-compliant controls, assess risk, and lead engagements across microservices and PDLC/SDLC processes. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Digital Risk, IT risk, or technology consulting, with TMT exposure.
• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), microservices, DevOps/CI/CD, SDLC/PDLC, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting IT general controls (ITGCs) and automated control environments; risk assessments and control design.
• Understanding of regulatory and control frameworks (SOX, internal controls).
• Exposure to data platforms and AI-enabled development environments.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage workstreams across cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and AI-enabled development environments.
• Support client engagement teams with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, coordinating team members and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Contribute to engagement performance, including resource management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide technical guidance in cloud, platform, and engineering risk areas.
• Design and evaluate controls across DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC/PDLC, APIs, data environments, and AI-enabled systems.
