Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Consulting engagement team leader to assess technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks for industrial and energy clients in a dynamic, team-driven setting. You will guide risk assessments, design testing strategies, and collaborate with client teams to strengthen controls and processes.

The role emphasizes multi-disciplinary collaboration, travel readiness, and mentoring of junior professionals within EY's hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity, or Digital Risk consulting experience.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, ERP risk, cloud risk or related engagements for complex organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including international travel; valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
• Collaborate with client personnel to evaluate information systems and controls.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day activities, coordinate workstreams, and mentor junior staff.
• Support digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity enhancements.
