Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Consulting professional to support clients in the Industrials & Energy sector, focusing on technology risk, cybersecurity, and IT controls. You will guide engagement teams, assess controls, and help clients navigate complex digital transformations across multiple geographies.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client service excellence, and continuous learning within a hybrid work model. A bachelor’s or master’s degree and 2+ years in relevant risk roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT auditing, IT risk advisory, cybersecurity consulting, Digital Risk, or related risk consulting.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk, or digital transformation engagements for complex organizations, including Industrials & Energy.
• Experience serving Industrials & Energy sector clients and understanding OT, regulatory considerations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel; valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Digital Risk and technology risk engagements with engagement teams.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Evaluate information technology controls, cybersecurity risks, business processes, and technology-enabled operations.
• Lead day-to-day engagement activities, coordinate workstreams, and mentor junior team members.
• Support digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity enhancements, and technology-enabled business change initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
