Job summary

EY is seeking an engagement team leader for Digital Risk within our Risk Consulting practice. You will help clients identify, assess, and address technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks across Industrials & Energy sectors.

You will collaborate with client personnel, develop testing strategies, and lead engagements while guiding junior team members and applying industry-specific knowledge to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT audit, IT risk advisory, cybersecurity, Digital Risk, or related risk consulting.
• Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk, digital transformation, or related engagements for complex organizations in Industrials & Energy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engagement teams to plan and execute Digital Risk and technology risk engagements.
• Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Evaluate information technology controls, cybersecurity risks, business processes, and technology-enabled operations.
• Lead day-to-day engagement activities, coordinate workstreams, communicate project status, and mentor junior team members.
• Apply knowledge of industry-specific business processes, technology environments, and regulatory considerations.
• Support clients undergoing digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and cyber enhancements.
• Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
