Remedy Edge in New York is seeking a Group Project Supervisor to lead large digital programs in healthcare advertising. You will create project estimates, timelines, and manage budgets with senior teams.

You will supervise junior project managers, coordinate with developers and 3rd parties, and ensure deliverables are on time and within budget while communicating clearly with clients and brand leads.

Competenze

• 6+ years of digital project management in an advertising agency.
• Pharmaceutical marketing experience mandatory.
• Fluency with websites, banners, social media, tablets and apps.
• Client-facing role experience.
• Strong MS Office, Project and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with multiple development platforms and operating systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Create project estimates and timelines for large projects and review junior staff work.
• Prepare yearly brand scopes and obtain team approvals.
• Prepare client billing, reconciliations and forecasts with input from finance.
• Monitor brand budgets and raise flags regarding overages.
• Supervise junior project managers and provide guidance.
• Participate in client meetings with insights on milestones and roadblocks.
• Coordinate with developers and 3rd parties to meet specs.
• Partner with brand leads to ensure deliverables are rolled out on time and within budget.
• Manage communications for digital projects and anticipate issues.
• Fill in for Account partner if required.
