Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate executive-level discussions across all levels of management.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent task-tracking and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
• Proven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure.
• Proven ability to maintain productivity and momentum through ambiguity - bringing structure to unclear, fast-paced problems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple complex initiatives across digital services, from intake and planning through execution and close-out.
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams, navigating requirements and timelines across services.
• Translate high-level goals into clear project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and risks.
• Assist with forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on shared initiatives across Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, the Business, and Marketing.
• Maintain roadmaps, project scope, production schedules, and master timelines.
• Run structured project rhythms with status updates for priority projects.
• Identify risks, tradeoffs, and issues; propose mitigations.
