Cella is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to drive end-to-end digital campaigns for a globally recognized pharmaceutical leader. This hybrid IL-based role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliant, on-time delivery of websites, emails, and mobile assets.

You will leverage CMS (AEM), HTML constraints, and UI/UX principles to optimize performance and analytics, partnering across marketing and agency teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital PM within an ad agency or corporate marketing.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from kickoff to deployment.
• Proficient with AEM, HTML development constraints, UI/UX, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree with strong collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, executing omnichannel campaigns including web, email, and mobile applications in a high-visibility, growth-oriented environment. You will leverage your technical acumen and agency workflows to streamline project lifecycle management, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional business results.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles to optimize delivery timelines across websites, email marketing, banner ads, and custom field applications.
• Author and refine key project documentation, such as functional requirements and asset specifications, to maintain seamless regulatory and brand submission processes.
• Orchestrate internal cross-functional resources and facilitate consultative partner meetings to keep key stakeholders fully aligned on deliverables and strategic milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and daily time-tracking metrics to ensure full financial compliance and high-efficiency project execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of dedicated digital project management experience within an ad agency or corporate marketing ecosystem.
• Technical proficiency with content management systems (such as AEM), HTML development constraints, UI/UX principles, and digital analytics metrics.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-channel creative initiatives from kickoff through deployment while managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree with exceptional collaborative, analytical, and written communication capabilities.
