Job summary

Intuitive’s Digital organization seeks an experienced Program Manager to steer cross-functional development programs across hardware, software, clinical and regulatory teams. You will drive requirements analysis, architectural design, software development, QA, deployment, and market rollout while aligning engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory schedules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program & project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or 6+ years with a Master’s.
• Hands-on experience with development and commercialization of highly technical medical devices from a software/digital side.
• Understanding of Design Controls under US and International Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cross-functional development programs across Intuitive’s different Business units and shared services, overseeing critical projects, and delivering against commitments.
• Help teams prioritize tasks to focus on critical activities that drive progress and avoid sidetracked issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right information is updated at the right time on status and dependencies are crisply executed.
