Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience across product management, digital product strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading client engagements with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to define product strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong consulting skills including executive communications and workshop facilitation.
• Understanding of how AI can create value across product strategy, delivery, operations, and customer experience.
• Experience in both consulting and industry environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital product strategy, operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change.
• Advise senior stakeholders on vision, priorities, and governance.
• Define strategies that connect customer needs, business goals, and technical realities into plans.
• Mobilize operating model, including roles, governance, and blended client–Accenture teams.
• Develop target-state roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve product development and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive alignment across product, design, engineering, data, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams from framing to delivery oversight.
• Deliver high-quality client deliverables and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development.
