Job summary

Traeger is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own digital product strategy for the Traeger App (iOS, Android, Watch) and Traeger.com. You will drive a unified roadmap across mobile and web, partnering with Engineering, Design, Insights, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ship differentiated features and tell our brand story.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience, a track record of boosting engagement and LTV, and a knack for data-driven decisions and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing mobile apps and/or e-commerce/brand websites.
• Proven track record of driving engagement, retention or lifetime value (LTV).
• Experience managing multi-platform roadmaps (iOS, Android, Web) with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own digital product strategy and roadmap for the Traeger App and Traeger.com.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Insights, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ship features.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.
• Design and validate roadmap bets with mixed-method research.
• Continuously analyze engagement and conversion metrics to improve LTV.
