Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts, to embed with product teams and accelerate adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM). You will strengthen product management capability, coach teams, and drive outcomes-based roadmaps and KPIs.

You will work closely with business and technology leads to diagnose challenges, shape recommendations, and lead product work where needed, building lasting capability within the hub and across engaged products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital product initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to coach and upskill product managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem definition, discovery, and outcome‑driven roadmapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed with product teams to implement DPOM practices.
• Coach Digital Product Managers and cross‑functional teammates in core skills.
• Define outcomes, align stakeholders, and shape roadmaps and KPIs.
• Lead or partner on product decisions, balancing speed and impact.
• Capture learnings to improve DPOM playbooks and enterprise adoption.
