Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery to build, with design systems experience.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI and accessible design practices.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers with executive presence.
• 3+ years in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years shaping AI-powered experiences and embedding AI tools into design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach to delivery with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Solve complex problems and create first-of-its-kind experiences through strategic concepts and prototypes leveraging AI.
• Define product direction and ensure high-quality design delivery across teams.
