You will guide teams to translate user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences, defining systems, interactions, and technical considerations with an eye for quality and impact.

You will mentor designers, drive craft excellence, and leverage AI tools to accelerate output while partnering with clients to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Design across multiple industries and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• 4+ years creating product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality and timelines.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Translate research and design insights into clear, strategic narratives for clients.
