Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Product Design Lead to own projects from discovery through delivery. You will guide teams to translate user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences, defining systems, interactions, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead client programs, mentor designers, and connect design decisions to measurable business outcomes. You will drive strategic design across three dimensions: client delivery, business development, and people development, shaping the craft

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, including discovery to build.
• 4+ years guiding product visions, journeys, interactions, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years delivering high-fidelity UI with accessible design and developer-ready specs.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers and growing contributors.
• 3+ years in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years designing AI-powered experiences, including trust states and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with quality and timelines.
• Solve ambiguous problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations using prototypes and visual narratives, leveraging AI.
• Set direction while remaining close to the work and shaping product decisions.
• Lead client discussions with clear perspectives and translate research into strategy.
• Document how AI changes workflows and quantify impact for practice evolution.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of design craft.
