Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a US‑based Senior Consultant in Digital Procurement Technology to help clients design and deliver Source‑to‑Pay transformations using ZIP, GEP and other platforms. You will translate business needs into design artifacts, test scenarios and deployment deliverables, working across procurement, finance and IT with EY project teams.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior staff and contribute to reusable templates, accelerators and knowledge sharing while supporting mobilization

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information systems, engineering or a related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, Source‑to‑Pay or broader supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ZIP, GEP or another leading procurement platform.
• Experience contributing to at least one technology implementation lifecycle or delivering across multiple phases.

Aufgaben

• Assess current-state procure­ment processes and help design future-state Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, supply chain, finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows and solution designs.
• Evaluate how procurement technology, automation and AI-enabled capabilities can improve performance, controls and user experience.
• Identify gaps and develop practical recommendations across process, data, and integrations.
• Support solution design, configuration and validation using ZIP or GEP.
• Deliver across mobilization, design, configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and maintain risk/action logs.
• Coordinate with client and vendor teams to complete deliverables and support junior colleagues.
