Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Digital Procurement Technology Consultant in the US to lead Source-to-Pay transformation programs and design target architectures using ZIP, GEP and other platforms. You will guide workshops, translate requirements into designs, and manage delivery across mobilization through transition.

You will collaborate with procurement, finance and IT stakeholders, support junior team members, and contribute to reusable templates and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, information systems, engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, Source-to-Pay or broader supply chain transformations.
• Knowledge of ZIP, GEP or other leading procurement platforms.
• Experience across at least one technology implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state procurement processes and help design future-state Source-to-Pay processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, finance and IT.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and solution designs.
• Evaluate how procurement technology and AI-enabled capabilities can improve performance and controls.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, coordinate testing and defect resolution.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and maintain status updates and risk logs.
• Coordinate with client and vendor teams to complete deliverables and mentor junior staff.
