Job summary

EY is seeking a US-based Senior Consultant in Digital Procurement Technology within our Supply Chain practice. You will design and deliver Source-to-Pay transformations using ZIP, GEP and other leading platforms, translating business needs into solution design and requirements.

You’ll collaborate with procurement, finance and IT stakeholders across the full implementation lifecycle—design, configuration, testing, deployment and training—while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, information systems, engineering or a related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, Source‑to‑Pay or broader supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ZIP, GEP or another leading procurement or Source‑to‑Pay platform.
• Experience contributing to at least one technology implementation lifecycle or delivering across multiple phases of an implementation.
• Experience with process design, requirements definition, configuration, testing, data, integrations, deployment, change management or project management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear process, functional and technology deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation, organizational, written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state Source‑to‑Pay processes and help design future-state.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, finance, IT and business units.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and solution designs.
• Evaluate procurement tech, automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve performance and controls.
• Identify gaps and develop practical recommendations.
• Support solution design, configuration and validation using ZIP, GEP or comparable platforms.
• Deliver across mobilization, design, configuration, build, data, integration, testing, deployment and training.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; coordinate testing; document defects and support retesting.
• Prepare requirements documents, materials, traceability matrices and client-ready deliverables.
• Maintain workplans and logs; escalate risks and dependencies as needed.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, data, integration, change, vendor and client teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Support proposals, estimates, presentations and solution development.
