Qualifications
- BS/BA in related discipline; typically 5–8 years experience.
- Two to four years' experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related field.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA) and CMS/PIM systems is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Execute day-to-day digital merchandising activities aligned to strategy and eCommerce goals.
- Support on-site merchandising for product categories: navigation, taxonomy, filters, placements, cross-sell/upsell.
- Ensure accurate product presentation on detail pages, including titles, attributes, content, imagery and recommendations.
- Analyze customer behavior and site performance; identify opportunities to improve conversion and discovery.
- Monitor category/product performance and generate merchandising KPIs reports.
- Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for Senior Manager and cross-functional partners.
