Job summary

Vista Higher Learning seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel digital campaigns across email, social, and web properties. You will build and optimize programs that engage educators and administrators, deliver measurable ROI, and align with product goals.

You will own campaign strategy, leverage Marketing Automation tools, and ensure seamless CRM integration while collaborating with Product Marketing and Business Operations. 6+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in digital marketing or related role designing and leading integrated campaigns across channels.
• Database-driven marketing experience including audience segmentation and lead lifecycle management.
• Experience managing cross-functional workflows and agile, data-driven execution.
• Experience overseeing websites, landing pages, blogs, and eCommerce storefronts to drive traffic and conversions.
• Strong knowledge of UX, SEO, and content performance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Own multi-channel strategy across email, social, and owned properties with Marketing Automation tools.
• Ensure integration with web properties, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI, reporting insights to optimize tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Mentor junior team members on content quality and tone.
