Job description

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and own the email marketing strategy aligned with business and audience goals, including promotional campaigns, newsletter and product updates.
  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of email campaigns and maintaining email calendar.
  • Collaborate with design, content and product teams to ensure messaging is consistent, engaging and on-brand.
  • Consults on marketing initiatives to provide best practices around email performance and segmentation.
  • Stays up to date on email industry trends and reports on internal email performance.
  • Analyze email performance and deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of six years of experience with email marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Hands-on experience with major ESPs and automation tools.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and email performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Passion for testing and data-driven decisions.
