Job summary

HB Wealth is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and optimize our digital marketing programs across organic search, paid media, email, and emerging AI-driven channels. This hands-on role blends project leadership with execution, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to attract high-net-worth prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing, growth marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Experience with SEO, paid media, and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM platforms.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across organic search, paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and emerging digital channels.
• Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns and coordinate with external agency partners and vendors, including campaign setup, monitoring, testing, deliverables, and optimization.
• Monitor MQLs, SQLs, and digital pipeline contribution and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Review campaign performance regularly and make hands-on adjustments to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
• Track digital marketing spend and assist with managing budgets across channels.
