Job summary

Colangelo & Partners is a leading fine wine and spirits integrated communications agency in the United States. We seek a Digital Marketing Manager to lead multiple client accounts and develop complex paid and organic digital marketing and social media strategies.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a San Francisco office at least three days per week. Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional social media strategy experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience independently driving digital marketing strategy.
• 2+ years driving Meta Ads and Google Ads strategy with Blueprint/AdWords certification.
• Experience across paid ad platforms including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google.
• Ability to create and manage content calendars and mentor juniors.
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead client accounts with full strategy and cross-channel management.
• Delegate and review junior staff work, providing strategic feedback.
• Manage advanced campaigns for wine and spirits clients from planning to analysis.
• Develop plans to optimize conversion and ROAS across platforms.
• Set bids/budgets across platform, placement, and audience levels.
• Drive evolution of paid social and digital services for the agency.
• Support KPI measurement, benchmarking, and AI-enabled strategy adaptation.
• Act as the digital subject-matter expert for the team.
