Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, webinars, and podcasts while maintaining brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with email marketing, social media management, and website content management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the firm's website through HubSpot and optimize content for SEO.
• Oversee webinar series from strategy to post-show analytics and assets.
• Lead podcast strategy, content, guest management, recording, and promotion.
• Write and distribute articles for publishing by media outlets.
• Distribute newsletters and communications to target lists.
• Design marketing materials and branded assets to maintain consistency.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots for promotional material.
• Participate in conferences and client events as on-site marketer.
• Plan, promote, and attend attorney training seminars.
• Assist attorneys in expanding client relationships and social media presence.
• Promote attorney awards, speaking engagements, and firm achievements.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities in core practice areas.
