Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr Associate Digital Manufacturing in Ohio to lead smart manufacturing initiatives, oversee MES/ERP/SCADA implementations, and validate digital systems on the shop floor. You will support master batch records, GMP documents, and end-user training while driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring experience in manufacturing systems, project leadership, problem solving, and data analytics to optimize production and ensure readiness for digital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 6 months+ experience with manufacturing/computer science.
• Associate degree, 2+ years in manufacturing/engineering/computer science.
• High School/GED with 4 years in manufacturing/engineering/computer science.
• Masters degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support, project management, and problem solving for smart manufacturing and computerized systems.
• Department lead of smart manufacturing tech and MES/ERP; represents site on global initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and develop new ways of working for digital manufacturing.
• Act as SME for smart manufacturing tech, MES, ERP; support system upgrades and maintenance.
• Generate and review GMP documents (SOPs, deviations, CAPA, etc.).
• Ensure training on new processes for end-users and maintain schedule alignment.
