We are hiring a Senior Digital Integration Solutions Field Engineer in Kennewick or Wenatchee, WA.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers on‑site, playing a hands‑on role in delivering advanced power automation solutions. This position offers the opportunity to travel approximately 50% of the time, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries, technologies, and real‑world applications.

Expected annual salary range: $86,000 – $126,000. This role also offers paid overtime and a company vehicle.

What You’ll Do

• Provide understanding and technical knowledge to Hyperscale specific implementation of Eaton’s Power Management and mission‑critical monitoring and control systems including Foreseer, Iconics, Brightlayer suite and next‑generation Power Monitoring platforms.
• Provide applied engineering and consultation to Hyperscale Accounts in the areas of design, system integration, installation, start‑up, maintenance, repair, training and modification of power management, control, and mission‑critical systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of experience working with or managing installations of Power Management, Power Control, SCADA, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems, OR in lieu of a degree at least 5 years of experience in the same area.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with Hyperscale EPMS or BAS scopes.
• Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy with a current, unrestricted driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Kennewick, WA. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical restriction.

• Anticipated travel for this role can be up to 100%.

Position Criteria

• Successfully complete and maintain compliance with the company’s safety program.
• Submit to periodic customer‑required background and drug screenings.
• In‑depth knowledge of Eaton Power Monitoring software (Foreseer & Eaton’s BLI software).
• Knowledge and experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) software/hardware and power monitoring software packages.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, test, and repair techniques.
• Advanced understanding of the company’s and competitors’ automation and power management systems and services.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks.
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication skills; skill in communicating technical information to non‑technical personnel, educating customers, and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of networking and monitoring devices, device protocols, electrical and construction drawings.
• Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with automation and power management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long‑term satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching/mentoring ability.
