Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Digital Manager to join the Enterprise Digital Insights team in Beaverton, OR. You will transform complex data into strategic insights that guide digital growth and marketplace impact, partnering with Global Digital Platform, Nike Direct Sport, and other analytics teams.

You will influence senior leaders through clear narratives, build scalable analytics solutions, and leverage AI to enhance storytelling and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on SQL and scripting in Python, R, or SAS.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience working within direct-to-consumer, retail, or omnichannel business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to cross-functional analytics and insights initiatives focused on digital growth, marketplace opportunities, and commercial performance.
• Deliver deep-dive analyses that help digital teams make informed, data-driven decisions and identify sources of incremental growth.
• Translate complex datasets into concise, compelling recommendations tailored to audiences ranging from business partners to senior leadership.
• Build strong partnerships with Global Digital Platform, Nike Direct Sport, and Geo Insights teams to align insights with strategic and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Enterprise Insights teams, including Marketplace & Shopper Insights, Macro & Competitive Insights, and Consumer & Product Insights, to maximize organizational impact.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends within the digital business and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytical tools to improve data sourcing, insight generation, efficiency, and storytelling.
