Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources and influence decision-making across stakeholders.
• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, complex modeling, and analysis.
• Proven experience in creating clear visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Translate findings into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
• Monitor the external landscape and flag developments that intersect with Nike's business.
• Recommend new data sources, tools, and methods to sharpen insight generation.
• Champion analytical rigor and data quality so insights stay accurate and trusted.
