Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is seeking a Digital Initiatives Project Manager to lead complex, multi-domain projects from tender through realization.

You will direct cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and manage budgets, scope, and quality across IT, enterprise, and customer-facing initiatives. Responsibilities include governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication, with a focus on delivering measurable benefits and strategic impact, including ERP cost controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in large projects.
• Experience with governance, executive reporting, and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
• Provide executive-ready status, risk, and decision requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
