Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex digital and technology initiatives with a Lean-Agile mindset. This individual contributor role coordinates cross-functional programs to support strategic objectives across the Global Digital organization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years in program or project management within tech delivery.
• Experience leading medium-to-large technology programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe).
• Experience with enterprise software, eCommerce, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional technology and digital programs from initiation through delivery.
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and program increment planning.
