Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 6 years.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design.
• Knowledge of multi-layer PCBs with controlled impedance and blind vias.
• Ability to analyze signal integrity and crosstalk.
• Familiarity with FPGAs, microprocessors, and SoCs.
• Ability to lead/mentor junior engineers.
