  • Analyze and test digital hardware for signal integrity, crosstalk, and related performance considerations.
  • Support designs incorporating microprocessors, microcontrollers, Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), and System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, design direction, and mentoring to less experienced engineers and designers.
  • Develop innovative, integrated engineering solutions that address evolving customer and program requirements.
  • Monitor engineering technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to engineering processes, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Support applicable programs, projects, engineering practices, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

  • Experience with schematic capture and digital electronic design.
  • Extensive experience designing multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) with controlled impedance layers and blind micro-vias.
  • Experience analyzing and testing digital hardware for signal integrity, crosstalk, and related performance considerations.
  • Familiarity with multiple families of microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies.
  • Ability to exercise independent technical judgment on engineering assignments.
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced engineers and designers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance at time of hire.
