As a Sr. Digital Account Manager for High-Level Accounts, you will manage a portfolio of clients requiring hands-on coordination, proactive communication, and strong project management to execute successful digital marketing initiatives from onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, or project management.
• Strong understanding of foundational digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, display, content).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects at once with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client conversations and internal alignments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned mid-level accounts, maintaining consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Lead routine client check-ins, project updates, and performance discussions.
• Deliver reporting and performance summaries highlighting results and learnings.
• Drive Net Retention by managing renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns.
