Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Digital Forensics and Incident Response Engineer in the Boston area. You will provide forensics expertise and investigations support to EIP CyberSecurity defense stakeholders to aid incident response, remediation, and root-cause identification.

The role leads and advances Humana's identity theft and account takeover response, conducts forensic analysis, and develops automation and detection capabilities to scale investigations across Humana's infrastructure and assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Cyber Security Experience.
• 3+ years Digital Forensics and/or Incident Response.
• 3+ years experience working with Splunk, including authoring queries, alerting and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance Humana's response to identity theft and account takeover, and related fraud activities.
• Investigate identity-based threats and conduct forensic analysis to determine attack methods and root causes.
• Develop, implement, and automate detection capabilities and investigative workflows for scalable responses.
• Coordinate incident response activities to mitigate risk and protect Humana associates, members, and assets.
