Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Digital Forensics and Incident Response Engineer to lead and advance Humana's defensive investigations. You will conduct forensics analysis to determine attack methods, coordinate incident response, and drive root-cause remediation for identity and security events.

You will develop automation, detections, and workflows to scale investigations and provide actionable reports to EIP leadership, while mentoring teams and shaping security strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Cyber Security Experience.
• 3+ years Digital Forensics and/or Incident Response.
• 3+ years experience working with Splunk, including authoring queries, alerting and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance forensics investigations to identify attack methods and root causes.
• Coordinate and support incident response, remediation and containment activities.
• Develop automation, detection capabilities, and investigative workflows for scalable responses.
• Provide forensic analysis and reports to EIP leadership to inform risk decisions.
