Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled digital forensics examiner to conduct examinations of digital and multimedia evidence, manage chain-of-custody, and produce detailed analysis reports. The role requires hands-on experience with EnCase, FTK, and X-Ways, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in digital forensics.
• Formal training in expert witness testimony, rules of evidence, and courtroom procedures within last 3 years for certain tasks.

Responsabilités

• Conducts forensic examinations of digital and multimedia evidence, including forensic images, computers, mobile devices, virtual assets, malware, system logs, network traffic, memory snapshots, and other submitted data.
• Uses commercial and open-source forensic tools to analyze digital devices.
• Maintains chain-of-custody documentation and ensures proper handling, storage, and disposal of evidence.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 4 additional years of hands-on experience in a digital forensics role
