Job summary

CELLA is seeking a Sr. Digital Experience Designer to lead consumer-focused UX/UI and visual design across websites, apps and digital touchpoints. You will translate brand, content and business goals into intuitive journeys with strong information architecture and high-fidelity visuals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in UX/UI, strong Figma skills, and an online portfolio. Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Friday in a pet-friendly environment; 1-year contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing UX/UI, digital product and visual or content-led design work.
• 5+ years in UX/UI, product or experience design.
• Experience in front-end websites/apps across breakpoints and Agile environments.
• Experience delivering both UX and polished visual design with strong typography and layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead Experience Strategy and UX/UI design for digital touchpoints end-to-end.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs communicating intent.
• Balance usability, visuals, brand, feasibility and speed to market through rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams across delivery cycles.
• Provide design reviews and QA for layout, typography, accessibility and interactions.
• Partner with product and campaigns to translate brand into digital journeys.
