Job summary

Wingbrace seeks an experienced Program Manager for our Digital Engineering team in Lincoln, MA. You will lead a growing group delivering Digital Infrastructure, Knowledge Management, and Digital Threads for Air Force projects, balancing client delivery, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives.

You’ll work with government stakeholders, run Agile plans, conduct retrospectives, and apply MBSE/SysML concepts to enable mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of DoD program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile software capability development and delivery dependencies for Wingbrace commitments.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to define needs and deliver solutions for mission outcomes.
• Balance evolving teams into client-facing delivery organizations and drive accountable delivery.
• Monitor deliverables including MSRs, invoices, scope changes, variances, and staffing forecasts.
• Lead from initiation to delivery and collaborate with BD on responses to RFIs/RFPs.
