Job summary

KODA Technologies Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Digital Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic-level digital engineering expertise and implementation for defense or space programs.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in systems and software engineering, modeling and simulation, and hold an MS in Engineering or related STEM field with strong communication skills and active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Modeling and Simulation.
• Experience with Army missile and aviation programs, the Missile Defense Agency, and NASA.
• Demonstrated experience supporting successful digital engineering efforts.
• MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing system engineering principles, develop digital engineering strategies for major acquisition programs.
• Develop detailed and phased digital engineering roadmaps and master schedules with milestones.
• Incorporate full life cycle engineering into the digital engineering roadmap (requirements analysis, modeling & simulation, test planning and sustainment).
• Lead architecting an integrated digital engineering environment to enable data sharing and strong systems engineering processes for defense/space programs.
