Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Beavercreek, Ohio seeks a Senior Digital Engineer to advance electronic warfare and embedded mission capabilities. You will design, implement, and optimize digital solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with systems, hardware, and software teams.

The role requires strong FPGA/DSP experience, a deep understanding of real‑time digital systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar engineering discipline with 14 years of experience; or Master’s with 12 years; PhD with 10 years.
• Experience in firmware development, FPGA implementation, DSP, or embedded digital systems.
• Experience with digital development through simulation, integration, test, and debug.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, integrate, and optimize high‑performance digital solutions for military and intelligence systems.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Systems, Hardware, Software, and Digital Engineering.
• Mentor and guide engineers; drive decisions across full development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate on architectures and test approaches to meet mission requirements.
