Job summary

Crestron Electronics Inc. seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer – Digital Hardware Design to lead end-to-end development of advanced digital electronic systems for complex products and embedded platforms in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with firmware, systems, mechanical and manufacturing teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive rigorous design reviews while ensuring IPC and EMC/EMI compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in analog and digital electronics design.
• Experience with high‑speed interfaces and memory subsystems.
• Strong problem‑solving and design for manufacturing skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, verify and test electronic hardware.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end design and optimization of audio products.
• Design new and maintain existing products.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, verification plans and schedules.
• Analyze designs with simulations to meet requirements and standards.
• Advise management on project development and timing.
• Collaborate with program management, PCB design, mechanical, firmware, verification and compliance teams.
