Job summary

National Cannabis Retailer is seeking a talented Designer to produce high-volume digital promotional creative for weekly campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. You will work across email, web, landing pages, paid media, social, CRM, and e-commerce while maintaining brand identity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital design experience, preferably in CPG/retail, and is proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AEM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns, emails, web, and social.
• Experience with CPG/retail or regulated brands preferred.
• Ability to design within brand identity systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Design digital promotional creative for weekly campaigns and launches.
• Create assets for email, web, landing pages, social media, CRM, and e-commerce.
• Maintain brand identity while bringing brands' personalities to life.
• Prepare production-ready assets per specs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Stay current on design trends and platform best practices.
