Job summary

Hired Remoteli is seeking a Digital Designer to overhaul the company website and refresh PDPs across Walmart.com, the DTC site, and other retailer listings. You will lead wireframes, mockups, and final design, ensuring brand consistency and responsive, conversion‑focused layouts.

The role requires 4+ years in digital design for e‑commerce or CPG/beauty brands, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands‑on Shopify experience. Remote, USD pay, and global collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of digital design experience, ideally within e‑commerce, DTC, or CPG/beauty brands.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience working in Shopify to implement designs directly.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and e‑commerce best practices.
• Experience designing for or updating listings on major retail platforms such as Walmart.com, Amazon, or Target.com is a strong plus.
• B2 to C1 English level (Upper Intermediate to Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual and UX overhaul of our website from wireframes to launch.
• Design and update PDPs on Walmart.com, our DTC site, and retailer launches with consistent imagery and branding.
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual system across web, PDPs, and digital touchpoints.
• Optimize page layouts and product imagery for high conversion.
• Stay current on retailer guidelines and ensure compliance across listings.
