Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a highly experienced digital designer to lead brand-forward digital experiences across web, email, and marketplaces. You will work closely with UX, Product, and Brand Marketing to translate brand identity into compelling online experiences that move the business forward.

You will design for our DTC and international properties, develop design systems, and mentor junior designers while maintaining a high bar for digital craft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, product design, or a related field.
• Portfolio shows end-to-end digital work with strong attention to detail.
• Strong typography, layout, UI design, interaction, and visual storytelling.
• Able to defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience building design systems, modular UI, and style guides.
• Proficient in Figma with prototyping and interactive workflows.
• Works well in iterative, collaborative environments.
• Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC (Shopify) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital concepts grounded in brand, UX, and UI.
• Translate brand strategy and visual systems into digital experiences across channels.
• Define and evolve visual design language and creative direction for the digital ecosystem.
• Spend most of your time designing from concepts to polished UI, email, and digital merchandising.
• Craft brand-led experiences with accessibility and UX baked in from the start.
• Balance brand expression with conversion and customer journey; test-driven decisions.
• Explain your thinking clearly in presentations and reviews with stakeholders.
• Own the quality of work across projects, manage time and priorities.
• Partner with Brand Creative, UX, Product, Engineering, and Brand Marketing to align storytelling with goals.
• Contribute to a culture of critique, iteration, and craft.
