Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design from a design school preferred.
• 3–5 years of design experience for digital/social campaigns, including client-facing work.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and provide guidance enthusiastically.

Responsibilities

• Do a range of creative work from small pieces to larger builds for clients and internal projects.
• Work within a dynamic team structure with creative leads to support community and brand campaigns.
• Demonstrate mastery of industry best practices and the Adobe suite; willingness to learn VaynerMedia POV.
• Focus on concepting, designing, developing, and positioning the team to present ideas.
