Position Summary: (MALIN+GOETZ) is looking for a creative, motivated Senior Digital Designer to add to its creative team. As a Senior Digital Designer at (MALIN+GOETZ), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the company and create thoughtful, engaging designs in digital channels with a focus on Amazon, e-retailers and the e-commerce website.

The Senior Digital Designer is strategic thinker and understands how to design compelling digital product experiences. They have a passion for brand building and can help push user experience forward across all digital touchpoints. This candidate’s craft skills are impeccable and loves prototyping and testing for both UI and UX. You're highly proficient in Figma and other design tools and have previous experience launching websites, apps, and e-commerce projects.

• Plan, design and deliver high quality advertising assets for various digital platforms.
• Maintain a calendar of deliverables for all relevant channels.
• Execute high quality design from concept to delivery while following brand guidelines.
• Continuously research competitor and industry trends.
• Create other digital/print assets as needed (landing pages, brochures, etc.).
• Assist with client-facing presentations.

Education/Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience bringing brands to life in the digital space. A solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Exceptional planning ahead and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in articulating and presenting creative ideas and strategies.
• Experience designing paid social media advertisements (organic alone does not qualify).
• Experience in responsive layout, color, and typography and can build a unique home for brands on screens.

Benefits:

• The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000.
• The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home).
