Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Digital Design Engineer in Massachusetts to design advanced FPGA/ASIC RTL and schematic capture for EW and radar systems. You will interface with design, test, manufacturing, program management, and business teams across all program phases.

The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. You will mentor engineers, influence roadmaps, and work on high-speed interfaces and power-efficient digital

Qualifications

• Experience in digital design engineering and RTL-based FPGA/ASIC development.
• Ability to define complex digital system architectures and bring them to production.
• PCB design, schematic capture, debugging, and layout optimization.
• Hands-on with high-speed interfaces (100 GigE, Aurora, PCIe).

Responsibilities

• Develop FPGA-based designs for digital data and control paths with RTL and schematic capture.
• Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs.
• Lead technical teams on digital design projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups for new product development and verification.
• Influence product direction and roadmaps; engage with customers on requirements.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical talent.
